JEE B.ARCH PAPER II SYLLABUS

B.Arch Syllabus for JEE Mains:


Mathematics: Sets, Relations and Functions ,Complex Numbers, Quadratic Equations, Matrices and Determinants, Mathematical Induction, Sequences and Series , Permutations and Combinations, Limits, Continuity and Differentiability,, Applications of Binomial Theorem, Integral Calculus, Differential Equation, Vector Algebra, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry, Three Dimensional Geometry, Probability, Statistics, and Mathematical Reasoning.


Aptitude test: Awareness of places, persons, buildings and materials, Texture and objects related to Architecture and building environment, Visualising 3D objects from 2D drawings, Visualising different sides of 3D objects, Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal), Analytical Reasoning, Three dimensional – perception and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, colour texture, building forms and elements, contrast and harmony.

Drawing test: Drawing and designing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil, Transformation of forms both 2 D and 3 D union, Elevations and 3 D views of objects Rotation, Development of surfaces and volumes, Generation of Plan, Creating 2D and 3D compositions using given shapes and forms, Sketching of activities from memory of urban scenes (public space, festivals, market, street scenes, recreational spaces monuments, etc.), landscape (gardens, trees, river fronts, jungles, plants etc.) and rural life.

JEE Main 2017 Counselling

Candidates will be called for counselling procedure as per to their rank obtained in the merit list. The JEE Main 2017 Counselling will be started from the first week of July, 2017 (Tentatively). Counselling will be handled by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). The counselling has been divided into various rounds. After each round allotment result will be announced separately.

JEE Main Admit Card
The JEE Main 2017 Admit Card will be released by the authority in the first week of March, 2016 (Tentative). Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of JEE Main. To download the admit card candidates are required to provide their roll number and board details of 12th class or equivalent exam on the official website of JEE Main.

Display of Answer Key
After the JEE Main exam, the official answer key and images of response sheets (OMR sheets) will be displayed between 18th – 20th April 2017. Candidates can download the answer key through the official website of JEE Main. If candidate is not satisfied with the answer key then the candidate can make a written challenge.

JEE Main 2017 Result
The result for JEE Main (Paper 1) will be declared on the 27th April, 2017 and All India Rank for JEE Main (Paper 2) will be released on 27th May 2017. Candidates can check their JEE Main Result 2017 through the official site. Students are required to enter their roll number and date of birth and click on the submit button to generate your score card. After the result announcement, merit list will be prepared only on the basis of JEE Main Score. From the year 2017 board marks will not be taken in to account for preparing JEE main merit, but candidates who wish to take admission in to IIT’s, IIIT’s, NIT’s, CFTI’s must score atleast 75% in their class 12th board exams as the mandatory eligibility.
